Cron1cz is correct. It IS an Evo 8 MR FQ 400. That means it's got 405 hp. Not 275. Which is around what the regular Evo 8's come with. So, not taking anything away from the Evo, I love Evos, I drive a Lancer myself, but it's totally out of comparison. He's comparing the 2 cars as if it's the regular Evo, and it's not. And this is why I don't like this guy. He makes shit up.

I would kinda prefer things factory-tuned by straight-handed people. You need a new ECU, new turbos and new exhaust+ intake, at the very least. Definitely something to avoid with my mad skillz in car tuning.
